A little bit of whining from YVR

Okay, I don't mean to sound so bitter and, yes, I do love my kids. But my life, as of now, consists of Treehouse (Treehouse TV) and Huggies, Huggies, Huggies! Oh well, read this blog in six months, and I'll be missing these days when Tessa is not yet so mobile and Karchy has not reached his terrible twos! Now, I'm thinking...how am I possibly going to do my Christmas shopping?! We tried going to the States this weekend, and it was definitely hard with Tessa needing to feed and Karchy wanting to walk around. Oh well, we'll keep trying to perfect a system, I guess.
Just thought I'd spread a little bit of my whining and complaining to all of you!

Happy Halloween!

While I'm free from my feeding duties and Karchy is occupied, I might as well keep blogging! Our Halloween was a quiet one. I decided to go to the mall, thinking it would be an easier time with Karchy. But the mall was packed with moms, dads, strollers, and kids! Not only that, but not all the stores gave out candy and the stores that did give out candy didn't really give out good candy. After visiting 5 stores, I decided to call it a day. At least, Karchy was able to dress up as a pumpkin (a HMD from Karchy's [Tito] Justin) and experience a little bit of Halloween. By the way, I thank Lorraine and Mike for coming with me because handling a stroller and an active 19-month old is not a one-woman job! Thank goodness, my mom took care of Tessa! But Tessa still had some Halloween spirit. Check out her hat from Tita Rika!

Karchy & his little sister, Tessa

Okay, okay, we've been really, really neglecting this blog and our house (it is a mess, as you can see in the background), but for good reason! We welcomed our new addition to the Bueno clan on October 9th, 2007. Tessa Grace Bueno decided to come in 2 weeks early! We are extremely lucky to be blessed with two wonderful kids--Karchy and Tessa! Karchy is proud to be a big brother, and is now able to say Tessa in his own little way. He calls her "Sessa!"
